I do think if more guys who are ugly or who feel ugly trained and became as athletic as possible, put on enough size and got chiselled followed with a decent haircut as the finishing touch.. they would have more confidence and also be more able to take action whether be with women or the things they dont like about themselves... I identify as a nice guy and take issue with the idea that nice guys aren't nice. We don't do things "just to get a reward", but when being nice gets you absolutely nowhere, you get frustrated and while most walk away, some do lash out. I do volunteer work for multiple places and while I don't expect a reward, I do appreciate a show of gratitude and recognition. There is one however, that, while the volunteers get a show of appreciation from the event organizers, we get almost no show of gratitude from the recipients and unbelievably, we even have some cuss us out because they feel they didn't get enough charity or exactly what it is they wanted. I've seen people who were distributing items yelled at and threatened, and quite a few wind up leaving. If I had to drop one activity, that would be it. So the same goes for women. I've known women who get drawn in by bad boys, only to see them treated like crap and in some cases, physically abused. Most men learn from the time that they're young, if you want to get a woman to like you, here's what you need to do. And that list usually involves buying flowers, candy, jewelry, take her to nice restaurants, etc. Often we're taught these things by our own mothers because they claim that's what they'd want a man to do for them. And when you do the things you were always taught "here's what women want" but yet you see them still keep falling for the bad boys even though you know how that's going to turn out, why wouldn't you expect nice men to get frustrated? We get told, if you're attracted to a woman, here's what you need to do and if you're a nice person she'll probably like you back, we do those things and it means nothing. Yet we see guys who do the things we're always told "no woman wants to be treated like that" and all the women flock to that guy. There's a saying told to nice guys "you can't just insert nice coins and expect to get sex", yet we'll see the bad boys insert "bad coins", such as cheating on her, not calling, ignoring her, even abuse from verbal to physical, and that vending machine starts spitting out sex like crazy.

The idea that "looks are everything" is criticized in the thumbnail, yet you made the chad look much better than the incel caricature in the thumbnail to get your point across. Curious.

I wish I had found this book during my High School years. It will be on a highly suggested reading list for my sons once they are old enough, without a doubt.

This comment is for anyone who believes in black pill nonsense. Women are not all specially programmed to ONLY go for looks. Women are people just like us and we need to treat them as such. The people who have troble with women are those who are insecure about themselves, have no confidence, and think of women as a different species. I once fell into this trap of believing in this nonsense even through I am attractive. I never found love despite trying but know the reason is not my looks but my personality. I used to be a weird guy and was portrayed that way throughout highschool hense the reason i never found love. I am going into college with a whole different mindset and I am making freinds much quicker than i did in highschool. I am now very confident and worked on my body and mind. I am starting to reach higher and higher social levels despite having social anxiety because i left my insecurities behind. If you respond with "lt's all about looks" then i have to say that is truly false. I have seen countless short ugly guys get girlfreinds due to their genuine nice and non-insecure personalities. Love is for everyone who works for it and learns from their losses. Despite not having a girlfreind yet i can say confidently that the blackpill is a complete lie. Hope this helps. Blackpillers fail massively to take into account that attraction is influenced by many complicated interwoven factors like - appearance, social status, intelligence, personality and confidence. They focus only on appearance - which in itself has many different sub categories it’s not black or white. The thing that stood out to me about the comment you presented is that the incel admitted to being an alcoholic. He sounds like an addict who is trying to come up with excuses, instead of accepting that most of his issues likely stem from his drinking problems. Long term alcohol abuse will fuck you out of a lot of opportunities, heighten already existing mental health issues and no one will want to be around you. Alcoholism will also make you reek.
